The knitted cord in this southwest-inspired necklace is Turquoise, from Knittique's Birthstone Collection of Scraplet Skeins (see more yarns in the Knittique Collection). This colorway suggested the use of copper-colored chain, as well as the turquoise-and-copper metal pendant. And the teardrop-shaped iridescent crystals above the pendant and where the knitted cord meets the chain on either side add just a touch of glam to this beautiful piece. It's finished with a large lobster-claw clasp.

The knitted cord is made with yarns from the color cards, like the Turquoise one shown here, that are made while developing new colorways for Scraplet Skeins, Knittique's unique multi-textured yarns. Upcycling at its best!
